When I started this blog a few years ago, I had just become a stay-at-home mother. I called it "The Green Homemaker" because I was new to the world of domestic pursuits, and it also marked a point in my life when I to focus my family's efforts of living an environmentally friendly and sustainable way of life eco-friendly way of life. I've picked up a few other interests along the way.
Quilter, baker, candlestick maker. Ok, not that last one. But my interests are varied, and here I share thoughts and experiences on parenting, sewing, baking, thrifting, and gardening, plus some other stuff thrown in.
